English Speaking Club (ESC)
The English Speaking Club (ESC) meets Thursdays in the Center Room in Pierpont Commons on North Campus from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Come early (anytime after 4:30 pm) for the ESC Mixer so you can meet new people and start conversations. Join with other International and English-speaking graduate students to practice your English conversation skills. We discuss in groups American English idioms and slang, American culture and holidays, and even job interview skills. We have great fun together at the ESC Meetings and at the ESC Parties in American homes. The ESC starts again Thursday afternoon, September 9, 2010.
