If you don’t consider yourself a “Christian” (a follower of Jesus), but are interested to learn more about the Bible, Jesus Christ, and Christianity, you are invited to join an Investigative BIble Study (IBS) discussion group. GradCRU seeks to resource all American and International graduate students wherever they are in their spiritual journeys, including those who don’t consider themselves Christians but who desire to know more. We would be glad to be a resource to you! The IBS groups are especially helpful for International graduate students who may know very little about the Bible and Christianity. The groups can be a good times for International graduate students to practice and improve your conversational English.
Men’s Investigative Bible Study (IBS) Groups:

This fall semester 2011 the men’s IBS group from last year will be again on Thursday evenings (starting September 15) from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. This group will continue to be led by Dr. Chuck Roeper (Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies) and hopefully a graduate student (once schedules are finalized).
Email info.umich@gradcru.org for more information about this group (location, other graduate student men in the group, etc.). Some of the men from last year’s group have finished their programs and moved on from U-M, so this fall we hope to add 4-6 more men. Maybe you and a couple friends?
Women’s Investigative Bible Study Groups:
Contact info.umich@gradcru.org for more information about the women’s groups. We hope to provide information soon.
